“Was happy with wowcher until I tried ordering flowers. I paid wowcher twice, then when it came to picking which flowers, I was offered the flowers for half price. Not happy losing my money to wowcher and tried claiming it back or someone to talk to. Maybe now someone will contact me”

“My order should have arrived yesterday and, despite payment having been taken I have not received it nor have I received any correspondence to advise of its status”

“I found it very complicated due to having to redeem codes. And my items delivery date has passed no item received on the date due and have been unable to track as the options/steps they tell you to follow are not there in my case. Given an email address for supplier and told reply could take up to 72 hours.. its a Christmas gift and have no idea where my item is or when I'll receive it.. not impressed!”

“my first purchase was good all went well including the delivery of the divan bed. But i am very sad that the matress protector i odered-41559638 is now a nightmare for me.i received e mail that it will be delivered on 36/11/20 like the first order.when i waited till 25:30 i had a chat with one of your agents who said my delivery will be at 17:00hrs.I waited and the parcel was not delivered. The next day when i have gone to work,i suddenly received a message that my parcel will be delivered by Hermes.i responded to the email that as i am a worker in the hospital,i can wait at home to receive as this agent will only dictate the time through email in the morning not a day previous.i gave my neighbour’s address as a safe place.I only got to know that he has returned the parcel.I remember others that deliver the bed called me on my mobile to update.But this Hermes did not contact me at all.I will be happy if my money could be refunded.”
