“I've not used Wowcher before and just bought a voucher that isn't recognised when I go via the merchants link to make a purchase. I have since spent ages going around in circles on your website to try to get help, contact someone or complete instructions on how to get a refund. I find one section and a link for a refund that takes me back to the same help page. Such a waste of time!! Please can you help me.”

“Customer services shocking asked for a refund and they won’t give, bought a wowcher for 5 people as a treat who helped out while my dad was poorly tried to redeem the voucher and the bannaytne spar place couldn’t fit us in explained to wowcher who credited over £200 back to us as credits as the voucher would of expired by then and was told to rebook so Booked exactly the same spar day and yet again couldn’t fit us in as understaffed for 6 months explained this to wowcher asked for a refund in cash which wowcher wouldn’t give as it was bought in credit (reason being is that wowcher gave a refund in credit 🙄) told us we need to travel further afield to try and get the deal so now we need to travel 1hr and 40 mins instead of 20 mins , having called the other place today which is over a hrs drive to be told they can’t fit us in either until end of April but voucher expires beginning of April so yet again another performance. Biggest headache of my life and have put me off wowcher forever”

“Doesn't say anywhere in the fine print you have to be a new member, that's why I bought the voucher, then upon registration wouldn't accept the voucher. Now I have a box arriving in 4 days that i have to pay full price for.”

“Totally a scam company. Bought a mattress £89.99.plus £19.99 delivery. Item never arrived. Send many messages via WhatsApp group. They never replie. Same with email. I've had to escalate a PayPal dispute with these bafoons. I would not advise any dealing with them .pure scam company. Read trust pilot reviews about them .they are all over the Internet as being scamers AVOIDED AT ALL COST BRUTAL COMPANY.”

“I received 140e waller credit and am.unable to use it. Despite doing everything correctly I am 9 days in touch with their customer services team over email and WhatsApp. I've sent so many explanations and screenshots and every 24 /48 hours I get a new person sending me a generic list of steps on how to pay for a deal. Effectively I'm unable to use the credit which was a reimbursement of money I had spent but not used on a voucher so it's my own money. A manager called Nigel Drake is in touch on email and even getting the same drivel from him. They're no doubt a complete farce of a company and I'm beyond shocked at how they treat customers. I've been using Living Social for years. I'll never spend another cent with them”

“After weeks of trying in vain to contact the merchant to redeem my voucher, I tried to elicit help from Wowcher. This proved impossible as there is no way of contacting them. I then opted for a credit voucher, and was credited with a random amount which constituted about 40% of what I had paid. Again, there is no-one to complain to. This was my first experience with Wowcher, and it will definitely be my last.”
