“BBQ arrived on time, easy to as semble works well as one would expect from a Webber. Only complaint was that despite the packaging being clearly marked as requiring 2 man handling only 1 man was sent. As he couldn't lift the carton he proceeded to roll it end over end from the van to my house. Luckily no damage was done. Please insist that your carrier follows Health and Safety lifting regulations in future, for their own safety and to prevent damage to the goods”

“The weber arrived on the specified time. I looked around and Wow BBQ seemed to have the best price for this model. Assembly was straightforward, around 30 min to build. Seems very high quality and I am sure it will last for years.”

“Ordered an E-5710 57cm Weber Kettle. Arrived promptly and had a lovely BBQ then next day. Never going back to gas. Not that it was WowBBQ's fault, but there was a dent on one of the rails on the grill. Contacted WowBBQ, and Patrick Loughrey sent me a new and better one! Brilliant customer service. Bring on the summer!!”

“Superb service, ordered Weber Q2200 Tuesday lunch time and received it on wednesday,it took less than 15 mins to put together, already had a gas bottle it ignited with just a quick push and we cooked a leg of lamb for supper. will use WOWBBQ again for a couple of accessories. Well done WOWBBQ.”

“I've dealt with WowBBQ for a few years now and had excellent service. Weber briquettes, a 47cm Smokey Mountain and Weber Kettle are all great- loving using my toys. I had a part missing from my WSM but was sorted out very speedily.”

“The BBQ was with me within 2 days which was fantastic, when I opened the BBQ it had been broken in transit. I emailed late on Monday night, I had a phone call early the next day with an apology. I received a replacement on the Wednesday and the broken one picked up. I feel this was a fantastic service and would highly recommend WOWBBQ”
