“Prior to purchase the help from WOWBBQ was excellent re advice and guidance . The purchase was safe and secure . The only aspect that had a minor crease was confirmation of Delivery due to telephone nos changing at the Warehouse. The other unexpected aspect was that the BBQ was delivered on a pallet that I then had to dispose of at the local Refuse Tip . Putting the BBQ was straight forwards and it looks great . Very efficient service and will always go to WOWBBQ rather than direct to WEBER . Great job guys”

“The rating is for the product and Patrick in the Office. The Company was let down twice by DPD in delivering the Weber Q2200N so Patrick who I had been speaking to throughout arranged another courier late on the 22nd May to ensure I received delivery. That alone was excellent service. Thank you.”

“I had to speak with the sales team before making a purchase and they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to get in touch with. The standard delivery service was great too and they shipped the order on the day it was placed, so I received it the next day. Would highly recommend!”
