“After some research I decided on a Weber charcoal barbecue and, having compared prices and looked at online reviews I decided to buy from WOWBBQ. The service provided was excellent. Delivery was quick. One leg of my barbecue was slightly damaged but an email to customer service brought a quick response and promise of a new part without any problems. The part has since been delivered. I've now used the barbecue twice and I know I made the correct choice in picking Weber.”

“I seen the Webber rep at a garden centre and he said to try wow. I looked for them online and found they were brilliant. I emailed a few times with various questions and nothing was a problem and no sales pressure. I ended up ordering with them and delivering was quick. Will defo use again. Thanks for all the help”

“Fantastic service from WOW, really prompt delivery and product arrived as described. I also ordered the griddle plate for the Weber Q1200 and it arrived the day before the bbq delivery. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.”

“Excellent product range and great prices. Placed the order on Wednesday and advised would be delivered Friday as I needed it for Saturday. BBQ arrived Friday, easy to assemble using the instructions and I also used the BILT app, which showed detailed images for assembly. I had the Genesis four burner.”
