“The product was delivered no time but unfortunately, there was only 2 of the 3 legs and no wheels, so it’s been a week and it’s in bits in my lounge. I’m sure it’s not wow bbqs fault but it’s very annoying”

“I originally bought a Webber barbecue,which was two years ago and I’m glad I did.So when thinking about a smoker I decided on the Webber smoker because they made so well and do exactly what it’s supposed to do.I used these folk because they are very reasonable price wise and the communication I have had with them was first class.Delivery was very quick too,very happy customer,I highly recommend them.”

“As an elderly couple we were uncertain about assembling the BBQ ourselves but the instructions were so detailed, with supporting diagrams, that we were able to do so. If only all self assembly items came with such easy to understands instructions it would save a lot of frustration and/or money in getting someone to do it for us.”

“Wow, great service. Delivery was really quick. Product was well packed. Assembly took around 1 hour by two persons. Quality of the BBQ was top notch. Read so many reviews relating to other types of BBQ and found it really difficult to choose one, as quite a few people were raising concerns about corrosion. I then read a review about Weber. So glad I did. Their warranty speaks for itself. The quality of my BBQ is absolutely first class, but that's why its not cheap. Not used it yet as its January. So looking forward to summer, and days in the garden.”

“I ordered a barbecue as a present for our son as we already own the same model. I ordered it online at around 7.00pm in the evening and it arrived at our door approximately 36 hours later and the couriers messaged us to ay when it would be delivered. At the very last minute I added a safe location to leave the box near our front door, but they came exactly on time and knocked loudly as instructed so worked perfectly.”

“Havent got it out of the box yet, but the box looks strong so don’t think they’ll be problems when we do. Ordered on a Sunday and arrived on Tuesday, really speedy. Roll on nice weather so we can’t set it up”
