“Sometimes you buy something online and when it doesn’t work getting a replacement or refund is a nightmare but WowBBQ dealt with my complaint swiftly and with 24 hours a replacement was on its way. The fault was not WowBBQs but they dealt with it efficiently and I would buy from them again.”

“As I was opening the box containing the pizza stone, it fell out and broke into 3 pieces. I was surprised it broke on a thick living room carpet. I accept responsibility for this mishap, but am surprised at the lack of robustness of this piece of equipment. Yours in disappointment, Keith Wilkinson”

“The assembly of my recently acquired Genesis E-335 was made extremely easy using the BILD app. Build quality is superb. Comes with a patio-gas fixing I believe, and I would have liked the option to choose something else. Haven't had time to use it yet but all appears in good working order. At this stage, I would recommend this BBQ.”
