“Excellent customer service - i bought a portable weber bbq and they gave me excellent advice and when it came the handle nuts didnt tighten so they sent me a replacement handle with no quibble. Great company to deal with!”

“Aw man - i'm indebted to these guys! Had to BBQ a brisket for a Thanskgving dinner for many Amuricans. Spoke to Patrick abiut a rub and some smoking wood and not only did the Angus & Oink Black Gold taste amazing but it arrived at 8am the next day!! Absolute Legends - only place i'll buy from now.. Blaize”

“Delivered on a Saturday, was not expecting till the Monady so this was great, as I had time to buld and BBQ on the Sunday (between rain showers) love the kettle, love the price, love the fast delivery. 5 stars”

“Placed the order over the phone as we do not pay vat in the Channel Islands, the vat was taken off at point of sale. They were very helpful and made sure I was ordering the right rotisserie for my bbq.and promptly delivered without any problem. Excellent service”

“Part of order was not despatched by mistake. On contacting the seller they apologised and immediately sent the item special delivery for next day. Overall very good (but not quite perfect) service. So only 4 stars. I would use them again.”
