“Delivery came well packaged including the extra items i had ordered and on time. It was delivered on a pallet. I had seen this BBQ cheaper on a different website but Wow seem to suggest their delivery service would be better. My wife took the delivery, the driver just dumped the pallet in the middle of the driveway preventing my wife moving her car. They also refused to take the Pallet away. My wife & son then had to open the package and drag the BBQ out of the way of the car. Not the service we had hoped for.”

“We took the opportunity to purchase an ex Display Gas BBQ which was discounted. Not only did this save money but it avoided having to build the BBQ. As we are in Scotland we were a bit concerned about damage in transit, however BBQ arrived extremely well packaged with two pallets, wood straps, cardboard and heavy duty shrink wrap. The BBQ was umnarked and well constructed. The delivery driver commented on how well packaged the pallet was. Delivery time was 48 Hours which is excellent. BBQ not yet used due to weather however it was tested ok. The storage space is tight for a 13KG Calor cylinder. Delivery price was £20 which is a bit annoying for an expensive item. We are on mainland Scotland not an island. A good company to deal with. Prices very competitive”

“Excellent company. I was hesitating about which gas BBQ to buy. I did my research and settled on Weber. I then called World of Weber who talked me through the various options and we agreed on the ideal model for my usage ( which was lower cost than the model I had thought was right). A large box arrived a few days later which was a bit intimidating as it was my new BBQ in very many pieces. I spread it all out and by following the unusually good written instructions combined with the 3D app, I put it together in under two hours without issue. And it is a joy to use and clean. I went for the Weber Spirit E220.”

“I spoke to a member of staff and explained I wasn't physically able to bring the bbq in. They immediately arranged for two people to deliver the bbq. 45 minutes later it was delivered! Unbeatable service!”
