“First class company. Prompt delivery coupled with superb communication. I purchased a Weber kettle. On delivery and subsequent assembly I found a crease in the front leg. Advised Wow by email including photos. Reply advised me to continue using the bbq and a replacement would be supplied. 5 days later replacement arrived. A no quibble warranty is king in my view. Thanks team.”
