“Help and service was excellent, delivery did not meet expectations, I received no e mail regarding delivery, no phone call and then everything arrived with a ridiculous amount of pallets which I now have to get rid of. WOW BBQ superb, but did not rate delivery service against expectations.”

“Hi ,i haven't yet had the chance to use the Weber barbecue ,but i will give appreciation to WOWBBQ .my barbecue was delivered the next day after ordering ,however a part was missing from my delivery ,so on the Monday i contacted WOW and they sent the part ,which i received on the Wednesday ,so very prompt ,i am very impressed ,thanks WOW”

“Everything was great, right up to the point TNT delivered. The BBQ was to large and heavy for the van driver to lift, so he asked me to help, which I did. It was very heavy and didn’t help my weary bones! TNT need to make sure that the goods are delivered on a vehicle with a tail lift and to have a trolley/wheels available to transport. All I have to do now is build my new BBQ, exciting!”
