What a poor service!
I bought Wolf Garten lawn rake two years ago and it broke recently. This item claims to have a 35 year guarantee. When I tried to claim on the guarantee, Wolf’s response was. ‘Sorry, you must retain the original proof of purchase to make a claim’,
Absolute rubbish service!
Are we supposed to keep the original proof of purchase for 35 years?
I’ve used Wolf tools for many years, but this has made me thing again.
Their 35 year guarantee isn’t worth a thing!
