“All products were delivered in good time and in good order. Well packaged. Quality of ordered parts were very good. Only negative comment is the delivery assignment number provided by World of Wolf for delivery by APC. The number assigned was not an APC tracking number. Goods arrived therefore without any notification of the delivery slot.”

“I love these products so decided to buy one for my sisters birthday. I ordered the interchangeable handle, a fork and two rakes (one for myself). Unfortunately when the ordered arrived yesterday I only had one rake in the parcel. I have contacted customer services and received an automated email. Hopefully they will contact me and send out the missing rake. That’s the only reason for the 3 stars as the products are fantastic.”
