“Overall I think this is a good product. Only criticisms are that when used in a dense tree the cable at times came off the double wheel and jammed. Also I do not understand how the spiral cable holder at the bottom end is supposed to be used. Clearer guidance would help.”

“I have bought the Ridger, Long handle and a seed sower. Not had chance to try them out yet as the weather here is dire and all ground sodden. The tools look great, and delivery was very fast. The prices are competitive, and there is a good selection. The website is quite easy to navigate. If, once I have tried the tools, I am happy with them, I will most definitely buy from here again. Brilliant service. Thank you.”

“Delivery was quick, and had a call before telling me one item out of stock but would be with me a week later. 2 1/2 weeks later no delivery or contact. Phoned today to be told manufacturing problem and could be another 2 weeks. As a Xmas present didn't want to chance not getting so changed order. Package sent same day. Would have been nice for more contact re the delay earlier and not me having to chase hence only 3* otherwise could have been 5”

“Very happy with Wolf Garten products, decided to order direct as there was little difference in price, arrived very quickly and I am very pleased although a little alarmed with the packaging as one of the rake prongs was sticking out of the plastic it was wrapped in. I was surprised it wasn't broken, I have pictures!”
