“Excellent response times between ordering and receiving goods. However, my one complaint is that an item packaged with my 4m pole was inadequately packaged and has scratched the pole during transit. Nothing major but noticeable when you run your hand up and down the pole during normal use. Please use protective bubble wrap when more than one item is included.”

“Fast delivery of a range of tools for clearing weeds out of our patio. Like the way the components fit the handle so that the tools take up less space”

“Excellent service! Ordered Wolf Garten tools from their well organised, clear and easy to use website. Everything delivered promptly, in good condition, the following morning. So quickly, I was genuinely surprised and contacted the store to thank them. {The website clearly prompts you to say where to leave the delivery if you are out.} Terrific selection available. Highly recommended.”

“Purchased two strimmer spools. Very pleased with price and quality, plus free delivery charge. Also I found the two Customer Service guys very pleasant and helpful following a problem with the Royal Mail delivery which I add had nothing to do with Wolf. Would definitely recommend.”

“I have a large selection of Wolf Garten tools. I heavily rely on these tools and I have recommended Wolf Garten Multi-Change® Professional Pruning Saw to numerous people. I use them in my work as a groundsman at outdoor activity centre.”

“This has lived up to my expectations. It is clever that you can alter the angle of the blade. Very pleased with the length of the pole which is easy to extend.”

“This was ordered and delivered promptly. The company was very competitive on price and I would use them again as and when my many wolf tools require replacement. As with all wolf tools it is multi functional and replaces a similar length handle that had many years of wear before it eventually broke when using it as a lawn edging tool.”
