“Easy to order, good quality product, one issue with delivery, delivery agent was not allowed to complete delivery until till he had a signature from me or someone in the house. Had to reschedule deliver and made sure someone was at home. This was a pain. I spoke with delivery agent from my door bell camera asking him to leave the packages behind my home but he said he could not. Amazon do it all the time???”

“superb quality of product, so easy to use and really effective on the higher branches. Gentle action using the cord with the 4-pully system, making clean cutting very easy. Next day delivery was superb, Excellent service and I have already recommneded friends that they get one.”

“Looks like the tools are of good quality. However I was disappointed in their choice of delivery provider, APC Overnight, and their unresponsiveness when the delivery company was being difficult in delivering my order. And the delivery did not take 2 days, contrary to what Wolf pledged. They did not respond to my emails promptly which is unacceptable considering that this was a valuable order.”

“Very quick response and good service but let down by the delivery company. I took the afternoon off to await delivery but then the tracking stopped. Queried it with the company who said that their driver had been called off to collect a parcel. Had to drive 15 miles to collect my parcel.”

“This item could easily have been put into a cardboard box, which would have fitted through my large letter box. But the powers to be at Wolf decided to wrap this item in so much bubble wrap & plastic wrapping that it would not fit through my letter box, thus causing me to take a trip to my nearest Royal Mail sorting office the following day. Your items are very good, but your wrapping business is abysmal. Sorry, David Falconer”
