“Delighted with the tools and delivery time but the quality of the packaging materials was terrible - the handle arrived with half of the box missing - very lucky to have it arrive intact and damage free. Tools were wrapped in bubble wrap and black plastic and were scuffed and dirty. The products deserve better packages to represent a quality brand”
