“I have bought many wolf tools and I almost like them all, this is the first time I have bought it on their own official website, I give zero stars to the delivery company, and 5 stars for the product, that saws sharp, thick branches It can also be easily sawed off, which is very useful to like. However, the service of the delivery company is really bad, they sent emails for several days saying that it will be delivered on the same day, but I waited all day and no one delivered the package. And then again and again, it's really torturous, after I contacted the wolf a few times, the package arrived damaged, but fortunately the product was not damaged, so please consider changing to a better mailing company, if you have no control over the quality of service delivered. Please”
