“The tools are excellent but the service left a lot to be desired. I placed my order, received acknowledgement and was advised that delivery would be made within 2/3 days. After 5 days nothing happened so I queried where my order was - I had a reply that one of the items was out of stock. I finally received the products - but the carriers information was wrong too!!”
