“Nothing wrong with the items ordered but can only award 4* as the delivery box was not up to the job, and was torn open on both top and sides! Fortunately on checking it’s contents in front of the driver nothing was missing”

“Bought a Gardena long reach tree loppers and saw. The telescopic handle was faulty and would not extend. I contacted the supplier and sent a short video of the fault. World of Watering sent a replacement and arranged for the faulty unit to be collected. I cannot fault the Customer Support team that helped resolve this problem and kept me informed at all times of the action they were taking. Thank you”

“Items came very well packaged and the delivery was quick when I needed it. I also use option to return unwanted item and it was smooth and easy to send it back. I had refund 3 days after shipping item back. Prices are competitive for UK market and special offers tailored to the level that it’s better to order something from them rather than going somewhere else and struggle with deliveries or stock. Strongly recommended. I did build Gardena Pipeline with some items from this store (pipe, water stations, connectors) and it is the best system on market. Gardena technology is worth every penny spent on it.”
