“Ease of ordering, competitive prices and a wide range, variety and selection of products from the Gardena brand. Was in the market for a drip irrigation system due to the recent drought like conditions. Went with Gardena as that was the best reveiwed kit and found World of Watering. Website was clear and easy to use, ordering was made easy and I was kept informed of the delivery. I made an order of over £450 worth of drip irrigation stuff, most of it coming in small boxes. Thats all the positives, now the negatives. Delivery arrived and the box was banged up. It looks like staff jury rigged or made some poor Blue Peter version of smashing two bigger boxes together and applied as little tape or logic to prevent it from splitting open. On arrival, without even opening the box I could see all the contents within, gaps large enough that items could have easily fallen out, I wont lie I was skeptical my entire order was there and parts of it probably fell out. Did a tally and somehow, by sheer luck, despite the canyon like gaps in the box, it was all there. Had to return one part that was faulty, was easy enough but they delayed a little on the refund, had to nudge them to remind them of it.”

“The delivery service from WoW has been quite good, although I would prefer free delivery. I’ve found stock levels to be very good and have been able to find products that I can’t find elsewhere, leading me to come here first!”

“Overall I am very pleased with this hose. Good quality hose, fittings and hose box. Hose is suitable length for large garden. Winds back in smoothly. I am using on the ground, but hanging on the wall would make extending and retracting the hose very straightforward. Spray accessories are also of good quality. My main issue was on trying to set it up. There was only small spurts of water coming through. I checked water pressure, pulled out what I thought was the whole hose - no kinks. Finally checked inside the hose box to find the beginning of the hose severely twisted and kinked. Once this was sorted it worked fine. Is this something that needs quality control checking? Without this issue it would have been a 5 star.”

“I ordered a Gardena clever roll. After it was unpacked I spent time setting it up but, couldn’t work out how the retractable handle ( which I’d pulled down) wouldn’t go back up, so I contacted the company by the online form. The reply didn’t help as it was nothing to do with the handle 🤷‍♀️Then when my son came to set up the hose ( I’m disabled) he found that the connector nozzle was faulty, looked like it had melted, so the hose wouldn’t connect. I contacted them again and they sent a new nozzle. So after a ‘not so good start’ all was fine and the machine is great.”

“Generally a good company to purchase from. My last order went missing and my emails went unanswered for a week which was not great, however one phone call resolved the issue, a new order was delivered and the overnight delivery charge refunded in full so I would definitely use again.”
