“Prompt delivery; website infor on the product I bought was ok but it took seeing info on two or three other sites to be able to make the decion to buy. Slightly cheaper than on Amazon and it was not amazon that were the reasons for chosing World of Watering. There was no chance of finding the same product to pick up off the shelf in my area to actually check it out, so”

“Although original delivery was quick I received the wrong hose, 20m instead of the 30m I ordered. They were very easy to deal with to get the correct hose sent. However I had to email them again to get it sent out. It was then sent out immediately and received the following day. I'm still waiting for the return label to send the incorrect one back! Hence 4 stars rather than 5 stars. All in all I would recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.”

“I ordered a Gardena Cleveroll L. When it arrived it seemed very poorly packaged and proved to have been damaged in transit. However, the damaged hose drum was replaced without question. Thus, could have been 5 stars but for the initial packaging.”
