“Nothing wrong with the items ordered but can only award 4* as the delivery box was not up to the job, and was torn open on both top and sides! Fortunately on checking it’s contents in front of the driver nothing was missing”

“I ordered a few items to get started on irrigating my garden and overall went well with the ordering and delivery. I'm not sure if my old eyes (probably) missed it but I found the pack quantity not so obvious when I ordered too many and so perhaps this could be made clearer on the web page. I had to return some items and perhaps as a suggestion a returns label could be included in the box like some companies do, might be a nice option but not sure if enough orders get returned to warrant this. I was initially shocked it would take 1-2 weeks to refund the money as they said but it came through quickly after a few days.”

“Recently purchased a range of GARDENA Micro drip products which I am extremely pleased with. Delivery was free and very quick. The only potential problem was the large, corrugated outer carton had not been sealed properly on the bottom and had come open during transit. Fortunately all of the items were present.”

“Gardena produce quality products....more expensive than some but more reliable and less likely to leak than the cheaper alternatives. This will be the forth part of the garden that is now automatically watered using Gardena systems (I now have two 'planted areas' with a spray system, a greenhouse with a drip system and a fernery with a high level spray rail.”

“Accessible and clear website which makes product selection very straightforward. Time between order acceptance and order dispatch better than many similar companies. Choice of courier also helped to ensure that the product was quickly and reliable delivered. Certainly a good company to buy from.”

“Delivery was very quick and the item was well packed. In my initial enquiry about the Gardena Hose reel, the person I spoke to did not know the construction materials. As the reels were obviously in stock, I would have thought he could have gone and checked.”
