“I have recenyly bought a Gardena Comfort Spray Lance and a Gardena Planting and Soil Glove M from this company. Unfortunately the gloves were of very poor quality, thus on 27th May I complained to World of Watering but so far I have not received any reply. The gloves must have been old because their fabric was thin, dry and faulty. The fingers were stuck together and they only got more damaged when I tried to separate them. I also sent them two photos of the gloves on which the various defects were quite visible. It's not much the amount I have lost that irritates me, it's the rip-off!”

“All our watering equipment is Gardena and ordered from World of Watering. Very happy with the the kit and the service. Most recently ordered a watering timer. Royal Mail messed up the delivery and returned the unit to WoW. They dispatched a replacement straight away, no fuss, no charge.”

“Thank you for your good website and prompt delivery. Everything was shipped accurately and when, on my 3rd order, there was an item out of stock, you shipped it immediately it came in and it arrived the next day. It would be good to have your phone number on your website but it wasn't too difficult to find the garden centre number. The call was answered promptly and the outstanding item query resolved immediately. Thank you - I will recommend you.”

“Excellent service offering a variety of high class products. I recently bought a hose pipe and spray gun. The products are guaranteed for 15 and 5 yrs respectively. It is lightweight, easy to use perfect for a mature lady to handle. I’d highly recommend this product.”

“The World of Watering was excellent. You had the Gardena extensions I needed for my Terrace System Set. I paid for next day delivery and my parcel arrived promptly the next morning. However, I’m disappointed in Gardena’s after sales customer service. I asked a question about how to fit the end stopper to the main supply pipe but they did not get back to me. I devised my own solution. My system is functioning very well.”
