super unreliable. paid for next day delivery, received order short of 5 items. emailed and chased over the next two days - radio silence. called on third day - was told they are getting remaining in the same morning and those will be with me on the next day. Next day i got a call near end of the day saying they still have not received it and they will send in further 5 days. they also promised to call me again to clarify if they can send some of the remaining items sooner as needed those urgently - not happened. i had to replan all my irrigation installation because their failed delivery and non-existent comms. basically - don’t trust their stock, delivery and especially comms - it’s all over the place

Ordered and paid for 5 Combisystem Bow rakes, recieved 4 bow rakes. There was no explanation via email or phone or on the paperwork. I chased the order up by phone to find that the person answering had no idea what was going on and guessed they had ran out of stock and now would send the remaining rake when stock came. Better communication would have set my mind at rest.

Return cost a rip off. Had to pay £13.

Hi Simon, Looking into your order, I note you qualified for free delivery. The order placed on Saturday evening was delivered on Wednesday. You emailed to say you did not want the hose set as it was too short for your needs. At your request we provided you with our returns address. We did not quote you £13 to return the item so I can only presume Royal Mail quoted you this at your local post office. If you agreed to pay Royal Mail's quote and you are not happy with their quote, then that is surely a matter between you and them. We also note that your return has just appeared. This has been wrapped in a bin bag with little care of ensuring bubble wrap kept the product safe. We're not a fly-by-night business we are an independent business. We're better than your review of us, which is why we'll refund you - it is important that prospective customers are aware of our side of the story. What a shame, Patrick

shops ok the delivery company you use is terrible got mesedabout saying it waas going to be delivered in a 2 hr time slot made sure someone was in on 2 seperate days it never came so asked for refund and bought it elsewhere
