“I ordered the wrong handle as I needed a clean system handle not a combi system handle. I am now told that I have to pay £25 to return it and then pay the full price for the clean system handle. Delivery may be free but they don't deliver and return the wrong item. I just want other buyers to make sure they don’t make a mistake, there is a combi system handle and a clean system handle! The company are efficient and reliable. Postage to return items is expensive.”

“Paid for express delivery, had to chase up where my order was as it was already late. Told a part was not in stock (it was on the website) and they refunded express delivery (thank you). Eventually everything turned up, box damaged but packaging was otherwise good enough. Overall communication and on time delivery was poor, parts ordered are fine. Cheaper than Amazon, but I’d pay a few extra pounds for reliable delivery and easy returns, especially as I had planned a days work to install and fit which had to be rearranged (micro watering system). Will have to return some bits, so we’ll see how that goes. I’d order from them again, but only if it was the only place that had stock, and as a last resort.”
