“I phoned for advice on the Clever Roll L easy hose trolley and the different types of hoses. At no point was it pointed out to me I would have to put it together. It came with no instructions so only had the pictures on the box as a guide, very disappointed especially when the cost was £88.00. I also asked for advice on the different types of hoses and connections the impression I got from the sales person was he could not care less if I made a purchase or not.”

“I received very good customer service when I phoned up this company prior to making my online order. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient in dealing with my query. Having then made the online order, it was delivered promptly in robust packaging with the relevant order paperwork. I will definitely use this company again as and when it’s required.”

“Generally a good company to purchase from. My last order went missing and my emails went unanswered for a week which was not great, however one phone call resolved the issue, a new order was delivered and the overnight delivery charge refunded in full so I would definitely use again.”

“Good pricing, quick delivery. The Garden Premium sprayer I bought leaked from out the box, sent them a video, came back and said they’d send me a replacement, no arguments, no send it back 1st, couoke if days later true to their word another gun, this time works as expected. Thanks guys it was apmeasure buying from you.”

“Wanting to upgrade my garden watering solutions, I searched the internet and founs World of Watering offering the best prices for the premium Gardena hose and accessories. I ordered online and the communications were excellent at every stage both from this company and delivery information from DPD their chosen courier. Unfortunately the carton had been badly damaged in transit and three of the small accessories were missing. I called to report the loss and spoke to Niall who was extremely helpful and sent replacements for the missing items. I then wanted additional accessories and was a little confused by the wide range available, so phoned and spoke to Jack who provided excellent guidance. Jack took my order and it was delivered in two days, I would highly recommend World of Watering.”
