“I have recenyly bought a Gardena Comfort Spray Lance and a Gardena Planting and Soil Glove M from this company. Unfortunately the gloves were of very poor quality, thus on 27th May I complained to World of Watering but so far I have not received any reply. The gloves must have been old because their fabric was thin, dry and faulty. The fingers were stuck together and they only got more damaged when I tried to separate them. I also sent them two photos of the gloves on which the various defects were quite visible. It's not much the amount I have lost that irritates me, it's the rip-off!”

“Paid for express delivery, had to chase up where my order was as it was already late. Told a part was not in stock (it was on the website) and they refunded express delivery (thank you). Eventually everything turned up, box damaged but packaging was otherwise good enough. Overall communication and on time delivery was poor, parts ordered are fine. Cheaper than Amazon, but I’d pay a few extra pounds for reliable delivery and easy returns, especially as I had planned a days work to install and fit which had to be rearranged (micro watering system). Will have to return some bits, so we’ll see how that goes. I’d order from them again, but only if it was the only place that had stock, and as a last resort.”

“Goods excellent. Delivery poor. Friday afternoon driver said he would deliver in a few minutes. Few minutes later got message saying, Sorry would deliver Monday! Monday delivery was good. I know they have lots of deliveries, but typical Friday afternoon routine. Had my number. Took photo outside chemists next to Marina. Its not just DPD, othet companies are similar. Why don't people wake up to this?”

“The hose reel had come with a part missing. A week on from this and I'm still waiting for the replacement item, althought I've had communication that the manufacturer will supply this directly.”

“The deliveries were quick and efficient. However I am trying to return a small order and even after 2 phone callls and several emails they haven’t sent me the return address. Also, I have to pay for the return delivery and the courier charges will not be refunded.”
