Purchased a gardena automatic watering unit when it arrived it had been opened before the plastic screen cover was half on plus when looking at the screen they were marks in the back ground, I contacted them with photos and what looked like possibly a returned item they told me to try putting a battery in and try it, which I had already done, I told them I wasn't happy with the product, after the weekend they said they would send another one asp which they did with a new unopened unit all good now.

Just what we needed, although I couldn't place my order via your web site and when I telephoned, your agent had to call back because you were busy and the call back was from a different company.

Good products. Pity you do not have a hand fork in your combisystem to avoid people having to bend down. The hand trowel is just right with the long handle of the combisystem.

I ordered a Gardena hose, hose reel, multi-sprayer, and connection set. I did not receive any notification that I could not connect the hose to the reel without another part. Surely, with today's technology, something could have warned me that I needed another part.

Ordering and delivery excellent, but unable to register the product with Gardena due to the product and serial numbers being incorrect in the documentation. Issue under review by Gardena. Not resolved to date.

I placed my order on 20th December and, surprisingly, was advised that it would be delivered the next day the 21st. There was no attempt to deliver it on the 21st so I was then advised of a delivery on the 22nd, the 27th and then the 28th, but no delivery. Eventually I received a response from Niall (Customer Services) who promptly sorted out your wayward delivery firm, APC Overnight, who, although they had not even tried to deliver my order returned it to World of Watering. My poor rating is entirely due to the useless APC , but my thanks go to Niall for his efforts in sorting it all out

The hose cart came in a rather flimsy cardboard box, and part of it was sticking out through it. Luckily not damaged. No instructions for how to connect anything and Google not much help either. Equipment looks well made, but as hosepipe ban looking likely will not be able to use it yet.

What a strange experience I had! When my Gardena wall mounted hose arrived it was clear that it had been out of the box and had a fair amount of problems. It was very disappointing to have such a poor delivery, even the box had been secured with brown parcel tape. Following a call to World of Watering, and photos electronically sent to show the extent of the problems, I received a very quick email in reply offering an exchange. A phone call in response to this email resulted in an extremely polite and efficient member of staff arranging a replacement and collection of the original delivery for the following day. A very satisfactory ending to what could have been a bad experience. Thank you.

I have no complaints about WofW but Gardena ranks as the worst company I have ever dealt with. multiple call to there support line and requests via email never got a return call. I even twice asked a Gardena call center in Germany to log a request (all they could do). I will never buy another Gardena product as long as I live

Great site and product displays but REALLY disappointed with the packaging and delivery - Gardena products are fairly expensive and I expected better - my sprinkler and timer turned up in a thin oversized box with no internal packaging or padding, so they were free to crash around inside. As a result, the thin box was crushed and split open on one side, and the timer box was crushed and also split open. Doesn't appear as if anything inside was damaged so far, but this is a long way away from the packing you get on Amazon or other retailers. Some of this obviously sits with the courier, but if there was ample packing inside the box it would limit the effect on the items inside.

I wasn’t very impressed with the packaging as the box arrived all damaged and the tape used to support it was useless, the driver had to hold the bottom in order for the hose not to fall out, not secure packaging at all

While I’m very impressed with your website and your speedy delivery of consignments, I have to say that I’m bit disappointed that world of watering does not include tracking/consignment numbers in their invoices. I leave abroad and I get my items delivered to my place through Aramex. I have lost two orders because tracking numbers weren’t these and Aramex was unable to identify them. I have communicated this to Lorcan and he confirmed to me the the consignments have reached Aramex, but because they have no tracking numbers I now need to place a new order, probably through another website that will include the tracking number in my order. Apart from the above, I am really pleased with your service and also pleased that you asked for this review.
