“Bought a Gardena long reach tree loppers and saw. The telescopic handle was faulty and would not extend. I contacted the supplier and sent a short video of the fault. World of Watering sent a replacement and arranged for the faulty unit to be collected. I cannot fault the Customer Support team that helped resolve this problem and kept me informed at all times of the action they were taking. Thank you”
