“Bought two Gardena wall-mounted retractable hoses/reels from World of Watering One was perfect, the other one was perfect except the wall bracket had some minor damage. The very next day they sent a replacement part which arrived promptly. Excellent service. I've used them before and always happy with their service. prices are competitive too.”

“What a strange experience I had! When my Gardena wall mounted hose arrived it was clear that it had been out of the box and had a fair amount of problems. It was very disappointing to have such a poor delivery, even the box had been secured with brown parcel tape. Following a call to World of Watering, and photos electronically sent to show the extent of the problems, I received a very quick email in reply offering an exchange. A phone call in response to this email resulted in an extremely polite and efficient member of staff arranging a replacement and collection of the original delivery for the following day. A very satisfactory ending to what could have been a bad experience. Thank you.”

“I have no complaints about WofW but Gardena ranks as the worst company I have ever dealt with. multiple call to there support line and requests via email never got a return call. I even twice asked a Gardena call center in Germany to log a request (all they could do). I will never buy another Gardena product as long as I live”

“shops ok the delivery company you use is terrible got mesedabout saying it waas going to be delivered in a 2 hr time slot made sure someone was in on 2 seperate days it never came so asked for refund and bought it elsewhere”

“Really good service and excellent Gardena products. Hose attachments leaking for years are finally leak free! The Gardena hose is expensive in itself ( but very good value from this retailer), but very strong,kink free and worth it.”
