“Competitive pricing, relatively easy ordering with entire range most of which is in stock. I have slightly cheaper prices online but the company concerned ordered from Gardena to demand and it took exactly a week to show. Generally these guys are lightning fast with dispatch and when they use Royal Mail it's practically next day for no extra. However I find on the one occasion they used apc delivery a fiasco, didn't show on two suggested days, took nearly a week to arrive, I feel an online shop is only as good as it's courier, drop apc guys they are letting you down if this showing to be believed.”

“Very happy with prompt delivery of garden loppers and would use World of Water again. However the shipping email mislead me by stating, "For Tracking and further delivery infomation, you will be contacted by the courier with more details soon. " I was not contacted by Royal Mail and so had to estimate when the delivery would arrive. Fortunately I was at home.”
