“Gardena gardening tools are really strong and well made. I've used Gardena tools for decades because they last a long time. They are more expensive than others initially but they outlast the competitors tools. The website search facility could do with organising as I knew exactly what I wanted last order but no matter how I worded the search the tool did not get selected. Gardena Hand Weeding Trowel Comfort. Now I hope this does mean this tool is being discontinued because there is nothing like it on the market that I could find.”

“I ordered a Gardena clever roll. After it was unpacked I spent time setting it up but, couldn’t work out how the retractable handle ( which I’d pulled down) wouldn’t go back up, so I contacted the company by the online form. The reply didn’t help as it was nothing to do with the handle 🤷‍♀️Then when my son came to set up the hose ( I’m disabled) he found that the connector nozzle was faulty, looked like it had melted, so the hose wouldn’t connect. I contacted them again and they sent a new nozzle. So after a ‘not so good start’ all was fine and the machine is great.”
