“After making my order was told a week later that my items were out of stock for 2 months, I asked for replacement items ? These were found and cost less than the original order, still no refund of the difference. When order arrived the embroidery was no where near straight and the back transfers were hanging off already. Once my order was finally replaced all my emails have been ignored. Very disappointed in Workwear Express”

“I order two black rain/waterproof jackets in M and L and uploaded a logo to have put onto the back of both. Ref: ER119977. When I received confirmation I chased up as it had no mention of the logo. I received an email to say I'd receive an additional email with the logo. Both arrived without the logo and after chasing I've heard nothing back. I've tried to contact twice!”

“Second time we have used Workwear Express. Lovely quality clothing, which was Fruit of the loom in our case and excellent embroidery. Only £7 ish per garment for large back plus small front text embroidery. Minor gripe - wish each item was placed in a clear bag as it would stay perfect until needed (all 19 items arrived lose in box). Had to phone twice as couldn't track order, it had been put for collection when we wanted it delivered. This only caused approx 2 day delay. Would recommend.”

“I ordered a tabard with a logo and recieved a plain one. When I called to point out the mistake the woman I spoke to was so unhelpful that I hung up leaving the issue unresolved. Will not use again!!”

“prompt service ,good telephone manner, have our logo information and are competitively prices. have one issue at the moment which I am trying to deal with regarding the Uneek cargo trousers is that they seem to be shrinking significantly when laundered sometimes actually making them unwearable. have purchased another pair for one wearer here and I am trialling them through our local launderer to see if I can bottom out whether they are washing to hot or the trousers are shrinking excessively. will have the results end of this week”

“I needed a couple of blue t-shirts in a hurry for my daughter's guide camp so I was lucky to find this website. They had exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price and it was delivered 2 days after I ordered for no extra cost. I phoned to double check delivery arrangements and they were helpful on the phone. I would definitely recommend and will probably use again.”

“Placed an order and paid for it on 31/07/2017. Spoke to the online service as was concerned the order was going through without our company logo which we have always had embroidered on our uniforms by Workwear so they know we have company logos. The person I was communicating with said yes they would be on and that we would receive an email confirming this with an example. 2 days later we received all the sweatshirts and polo shirts but obviously due to speed of delivery they had no logo on. We returned them next day by DPD and were told they would turn the order around and we should have them within a week. As we had not received them by 21st August we chased them up and were told the person dealing with it had been on holiday for 2 weeks so nothing had been done. We were told on the 21st August that they would be pulled out of the warehouse and that someone would call us back that day and discuss. As no one called by the 24th August we rang them again to be told they had not been pulled out of the warehouse and they would do it immediately. Then we were charged another charge for the embroidery although we had been told the embroidery charge was included in our original order. So another £80.00 was being added and to top it all a delivery charge. This is the last time we will use Workwear Express.”

“The sweatshirts I ordered arrived in good time and I'm really happy with them. It's a good quality fabric, well made, and gyre to size. The only reason it's not a 5* review is that the fleece lining in the sweatshirts is still sticking to everything, and as these jumpers are being used for school uniform over white shirts I'm spending a small fortune on lint rollers! I hope this will stop being an issue after a few more washes though.”
