“Your website is not the easiest to navigate and did present me with some difficulties. After ordering I went to checkout but was unable to validate my order. It moved to pay and sent me to paypal but would not confirm my order. So I phoned you and the reply I got astounded me it was very quick and to the point and I was informed the problem is my end not yours and to call back if there was anything else... and the line went dead... I got on to you chat line and the person I was chatting to was unable to offer any assistance other than "I can't find your order." after half an hour. I went through the whole process of ordering again and my original order re-appeared in checkout. I used this order and again attempted to pay and again was thrown out. I repeated the whole episode of signing in and making the order and as expected it re-appeared in checkout however this time I did not use the guest facility offered by paypal I actually signed into paypal and my order was accepted. The total time spent on your website was well over an hour and I had two conversations with two of your staff. I received an e-mail from DPD to say they had not received my order as planned so after four days I contact you and ask where my order is. Two days later I am informed that it was stuck in despatch and was personally sent out by post. I am waiting for my order to arrive so more news later. This is not to criticise you but the efforts afforded by yourselves could be much improved in all areas. Bruce Clifton”

“Dealing with Workwear is very easy. Once you have agreed on the product and the Logos etc. it is easy to order exactly what you want. We have had no problems and delivery is excellent. Very happy with Workwear and will continue to deal with them.”

“Workwear express were extremely helpful. When my discount code wouldn't work online they processed the order over the phone quickly and efficiently. I had to order a few boots as I struggle to find ladies safety boots that fit me. They had a wire range and the returns process was so easy. Happy with the boots, so much more comfortable than my old pair even with my flat feet! I went for Dewalt Apprentice Brown.”

“Initial order had logo in wrong place despite artwork being correct - I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why it had gone wrong. Subsequent order was late due to an internal misunderstanding within Workwear Express, I had to chase to establish what had gone wrong and why - I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why it had gone wrong. I returned the initial order and requested a refund. I was sent a partial refund and when I phoned to question why I hadn't received a full refund, again I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why I hadn't either but it would be sorted. I'm still waiting for a full refund. The customer service I have received from Workwear Express has been abysmal. I would never recommend Workwear Express and I'm unlikely to reuse them myself.”

“Got my works logo embroidered on Dry fit polo shirt and the design is better than what our work supplied but as they do not supply a polo shirt in my size I went here and now everybody is jealous at work. Brilliant response and will be ordering more for myself.”

“Really poor customer service and liaison from start to cancelling out order. Took 3 days for a reply to find they didn't answer the question about the order and the slightly helpful but unenthusiastic staff at the end of the phone weren't much help. Then two days before the order was expected they told me one size was out of stock and according to the person on the end of the phone they don't have any stock at the factory.. this was hard to believe when they offer 24 hour service! Do not reccomend unless you want to wait a year to get what you ordered”

“Placed my order, only to be told 3 weeks later after the delivery date that it was out of stock. I've asked for a refund but am yet to receive it and no reply to my emails. Shocking service!!”

“Placed an order on 21st July with a dispatch date of 28th July, still waiting for the order. Spoke to Ashley on 11.08.2017 to find out here it as (she was going to ring me back, I'm still waiting for a call back ) had to call again on 14.08.2017 to now be told that half the order will be dispatched next week and the other half will now be dispatch beginning of September. Think they need to change there name to workwear eventually, if you are lucky. Its a shame as the quality of work is great but they take your money and forget about you.”

“After an initial shaky start with an order I had placed, and not getting the answers I was looking for, Yvonne Tweedy from customer services stepped in and sorted it all out for me. The order came through exactly as I wanted. Yvonne is there now to sort out any customer problems, and understands that customer satisfaction is paramount, Yvonne could not have apologised enough, but was extremely professional in making sure it was put right.”
