“Spoke to multiple suppliers about the same item, Workwear Express was the only company from design to delivery within 3 days, I sent the same design to multiple other providers who all quoted delivery times way over a week, some 10 days! Highly recommend, especially Sarah Blevins - Very helpful, clear and concise, didn't just do well enough to sell, but well enough to guarantee repeat business.”

“I have never experienced such poor customer service. Wrong items supplied. Promptly returned and lost by Workwear Express. Tried for 8 weeks to get correct items supplied. Calls never returned. Have had to resort to a chargeback with Barclaycard.”

“We ordered decorators bib & brace overalls and knee pads on Wednesday 31st May 2017 and we were given a delivery date of 5th June 2017. On 9th June 2017 we still had not received the goods so we rang only to be told that they had pressed the wrong button and sent the order to EBay !! After a long conversation which did not include an apology we were told that the order would definitely be delivered before 10am on Tuesday 13th June. We rang on Monday 12th June just to make sure it was all in hand and we were told yes order had been placed and would definitely be with us before 10am the next day. The next day at approx. 11am we rang again because there was still no sign of the order only to be told it had been pulled because one of the items were not in stock. Still no apology was forthcoming and the attitude was Well do you want it or not. Our response was NOT I feel a court case coming on !!!!!!!. BAD ATTITUDE, BAD SERVICE LEAVE WELL ALONE”

“Really friendly lady helped me with some sizing advice on the telephone. Placed an online order the same day. Staff pulled out all the stops to ensure that I got my order delivered in time. Garments were all excellent quality and perfect fit. Very happy with everything. Will be back for more.”
