“The work wear I have order has been of an ok quality, the embroidery has not always been great quality for the price you pay.The sizes have been difficult to choose and each make come up different and the sales staff our reluctant to advise you on this matter... The return's process is complicated. I have always found the staff impatient and not very approachable when it comes to quires.”

“After an initial glitch when our submitted graphic wasn't adhered to in the part of the process where we have to confirm the graphic is okay to go, the service we received was outstanding and everyone concerned went out of their way to put things right. We were also very impressed with the standard of workmanship and the quality of the garments we received and they arrived in time for our event despite the short notice.”
