“I placed my first order with Workwear express recently for 2 embroidered polo tops and (after checking the sizing with one of the telephone advisors) confirmed my order. When the tops arrived they were the wrong size. I called on the day to ask for a replacement and was told a supervisor would return my call within 3 days. This was 18 days ago. I've now called 4 times but never received a call back. My next course of action is to share my poor experience on twitter and other social media sites to warn other business owners of my extremely poor experience!”

“We ordered 35 personalised t-shirts and 20 fleeces with an individually designed and sewn logo (on each item). The price was considerably better than we found anywhere else (the cost of the t-personalised t-shirt and fleece together, cost less than similar fleeces on their own anywhere else), everything arrived within a week of our placing the order, the quality of material, prints and sewn logos is outstanding. Thank you hugely for getting this through in such short order. You will absolutely be our port of call next year, and the following.”

“Well, neatness of the embroidery and quality of the Hi Viz we ordered for was really good. Ad in fact, we had thought of ordering for more. Attention to details was commendable. However, there's need for improvement in Communication and the better training for the front office lady who picks the phone. I literally had to call like 2 more times before contacting the art work designer. Secondly and subsequently my order for about 20 polo-shirts ( with logo) was responded to by sending only 10 pieces of ladies T shirts and that without logo. Now, I am being asked to return the 10 for the embroidery to be put on them for an additional cost, and yet nothing is being mentioned about the balance of my orders. This is not too encouraging, I'm sorry to say.”

“Corporate clients expect a certain level of service when placing an order. We recently ordered a single sample for a customer and this took well over 6 weeks to come. This then effects our customer service KPIS. When our account manager is off there needs to someone to stand in and continue the service. This didn't appear to happen.”
