“Great customer service. Needed to exchange which was hassle free. Would advise buying a size bigger than you are as the fit is quite small. Love the t-shirts, really comfortable and would definitely buy again.”

“First class service. For months I've looked all over the place, high streets, towns, cities for a simple, single-colour fleece. I wanted decent thickness (not the micro-fleeces), half-zip at neck, 2 side pockets (preferably with zips) and draw string at bottom. I didn't want any large maker's logos on front... just a simple fleece!! Last outdoor wear shop we visited in Buxton I was told "they're as rare as hens' teeth - can't get them anywhere!" Eventually, tracked one down on your website. (I could have had my own-designed logo if I'd wanted one but I didn't) Pleased with results - thank you!”

“The service received was very good, particularly the young lady who was very helpful in getting the the right colours for our logo. The stitching on the logo is of excellent quality and I cannot fault the speed of delivery. The only regret I have and the reason for rating this as acceptable as opposed to very good is the quality of the polo shirts themselves. They have now been washed 3 times at a low temperature and have shrunk considerably and feel course to the touch. It is my opinion that even though each shirt is only worn once a week I will be lucky to get 2 months use out of them. Strongly recommend that other purchasers do not buy the "premium Fruit of the loom polo shirts" but try another brand.”

“The print quality was AWFUL - like a pair of logos stuck onto the polo shirts - which were also awful quality - and the designs did not match the brief I approved. They were a last minute order for an event at short notice - thinking it was taken care of with you guys; only for when they arrived be shocked at how bad it was. I had to do some last minute running around, buy new polos and sort with a local printer in my area. Then to make matters worse, you refused to give a refund initially. Awful, will not use again.”
