“Delivery was quick and returns made easy. However, both times I returned items I waited weeks for the refund to show in my bank account. It was only when I contacted them again that, on both occasions, they completed the refund. Leaves me thinking that they are probably trying it on and hoping customers don’t check their refunds have actually gone through.”

“I ordered a sample shirt with a transfer of our logo (I was advised to do this as a screen print proof required a minimum order of 20 units). We were happy with the proof and ordered 57 shirts to be screen printed. The shirts arrived and the logo on the back was 10cm lower than the proof - the logo appeared to be in the middle of the back rather than the top. I sent all the shirts back for them to be re-printed only to be advised that the production team deemed the quality to be fine and stated the shirts should be sent back to us. After numerous phone calls and emails it was agreed that we would accept the shirts back at a reduced rate. Ideally, I would have received a full refund and started the process again, however, deadlines didn't allow for this. The lady I spoke to on the phone stated that I should have been made aware upon placing my order that the screen print wouldn't be in the same location and I was not advised of this at any point. Therefore, through no fault of my own, I have had no option other than to pay £1100 for shirts that are sub-par so that we can meet our launch deadline. I'm really disappointed as we have spent a lot of money on your products for our re-brand launch and the quality of the other items has been great. For continuity we would have liked to use Workwear Ex. for our upcoming promotional prints however I imagine that due to this error, that will be highly unlikely.”
