They printed the logo the wrong colour and would not refund. shocking service. will never buy from them again.

Quite simply the worst customer service I have had in years. I beg anyone considering using Workwear Express to seek alternative options. Sometimes the cheapest really is not the best option. Still waiting for items ordered end of October......

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They struggled to get the order right then when they eventually delivered they hadn't printed as per the order and the quality of the items was really bad. They didn't bother replying when I contacted them about the items being printed incorrectly until I repeatedly chased them. They then argues, insisted on photos before collecting the goods and passed me from pillar to post. Eventually they acceoted that 15 of the 20 vests were printed incorrectly but wouldn't accept the logo and writing on the entire order was 1/3 smaller than it was meant to be despite having been sent design and photos of existing vests and agreeing to do exactly the same. I have contacted them several times since returning the vests and cannot get through to the manager who was dealing with this. She is also ignoring my emails. Definitely a company to avoid at all cost. Customer service-they don't know what it means!

Bombarded with emails to buy on Black Friday with discounts, but went to place orders and as we had logos to print they couldn't even get back to us with a price. Firstly came back (Saturday) with quote for embroidered logos after we previously stated that the jackets were waterproof and this wouldn't work, then came back saying they would revise the quotes. Still to receive a revised quote today (Thursday) so have cancelled the order. were also going to order more workwear for the staff but thought better of it. We are an existing customer with a staff of 18 and have ordered previously but I think this will be the last time. Its a pity as their quality is quite good, but their service is very poor.

delayed delivery on all items - 2 items that were ordered and showing available on website were out of stock and not due back in until January - still no refund received for difference in cost - trying to return an item and they are not making it easy to do so and not much faith i will receive the refund for it either- staff manner via email leaves a bit to be desired on a customer service front as well - not very helpful - wont be using or recommending them to anyone.

terrible service i they messed up my order and have been passed around to speak to different people for well over 5 weeks and they are just saying they can not fix it

Bought 3 pairs of overalls and the zips failed on all the pairs after wearing them for 1 month each. Told at customer care that was "wear and tear". This company is a joke . I have had overalls still ok after years of use . Workwear express told me 1 month was there life expectancy! what a joke.

placed an order exactly a month ago over the phone. most of the order arrived within a week but some polo shirts and t shirts were out of stock so they weren't sent. A month later and i still dont have them. i contacted them 10 days ago and was promised them by the end of last week. Contacted them again today to be told they'll be with me by the end of the week. At no point have they contacted me to let me know the items werent in stock or that there would be a delay.

The order was initially placed in July. I was alarmed to learn that an item wouldn’t be in stock until 13th Oct (black polo shirts- hardly something exotic!); However, I said that so long as I would get them then, that was OK, and I would wait… I was promised this was the case and that I would have to do nothing further. Then I had to chase, to find out (would my items ever have been sent if I didn’t, I wonder) if they were forthcoming to now be told that there’s another 6 weeks added? Lovely way to treat a charity who potentially could have been a regular customer, as the products themselves were OK. We will go elsewhere.

My order arrived and the time it took to reach me from the time of placing the order, I wouldn’t use the word ‘express’ in the company name. My order finally arrived and the polo shirts didn’t even have the embroidery on. I asked this cost be refunded and items collected, so far no refund and no collection...... POOR

I ordered a large amount of clothing on 11th October and was told 5 - 7 working day shipment. I was called on the 7th day to say one item was not in stock and was shocked to learn my order had not even been ordered in yet, never mind branded and sent out to me. I ordered this in plenty of time for a new starter on 23rd, today. After a fair bit of pushing I was told they would rectify this by sending it out for Saturday delivery to a colleagues home as we do not work weekends. Our parcel never arrived after my colleague waiting around on a Saturday for this. I called this morning to find out where it was and was told it had not been shipped yet and no notes had been made for Saturday delivery. I was told I would receive a call back with a resolution and received no call. I called back to chase this and was told it was a very busy day and they had meant to call and the best they can do is send it out tonight and latest delivery will be Wednesday. I asked for some money back as a gesture of good will given the general poor service so far, the fact we were waiting around on a Saturday and that I now have a new member of staff with no uniform and was informed that the manager would not do this. I am really shocked by the service here, and we have had a similar issue previously. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Where to start?? Delays from the word go due to staff illness/holidays, but apparantly there are 160 people employed by WE, yet it seemed only one person could deal with my order. Proofs took ages, quote missed off crucial info, when sorted the delivery was late, incorrect items sent, lots of apologies but took 4 weeks to replace incorrect items, even then still some wrong items, I did all the chasing, never a call to me first. The only upside was the quality, which was great - but unfortunately I'll never use them again. I would urge potential new customers to keep it very simple unless you are prepared for a lot of time-wasting with calling, emailing, checking and waiting and waiting for your goods.

Took three weeks to get here. Then only part of the order arrived . Email response was that they couldn’t find the order number so I had to email that to them. After the whole order finally arrived I received email again asking for order number and apologised for not sending out the parcel 🙄

Wanted to change size of sweat shirts ordered. Phoned within 5 minutes of placing order said I had made a mistake and had clicked the wrong size. Spoke on line and by telephone was told size can't be changed, Could send items back but there would be a 10% surcharge for doing so. I would NOT recommend this company or ever buy from them again. So please STOP emailing me for reviews!!!!!!

I had ordered 2 x large t-shirts . Fruit of the loom printed on the back . Neither fit . They are the weirdest shape t shirts ever X2 baseball shirts have both shrunk and print is coming off already Black x large t-shirts seem ok

Recieved my order on the 21st Sept 17 with a t-shirt with a stain on it, a new one was sent to replace on the 28th Sept 17 but was sent the completely different size. Sent an email on that day but have heard nothing back at all, called today to chase this up and was fobbed off with we are very busy with new orders and it will be sent out soon!!
