After making my order was told a week later that my items were out of stock for 2 months, I asked for replacement items ? These were found and cost less than the original order, still no refund of the difference. When order arrived the embroidery was no where near straight and the back transfers were hanging off already. Once my order was finally replaced all my emails have been ignored. Very disappointed in Workwear Express

I ordered a tabard with a logo and recieved a plain one. When I called to point out the mistake the woman I spoke to was so unhelpful that I hung up leaving the issue unresolved. Will not use again!!

Placed an order and paid for it on 31/07/2017. Spoke to the online service as was concerned the order was going through without our company logo which we have always had embroidered on our uniforms by Workwear so they know we have company logos. The person I was communicating with said yes they would be on and that we would receive an email confirming this with an example. 2 days later we received all the sweatshirts and polo shirts but obviously due to speed of delivery they had no logo on. We returned them next day by DPD and were told they would turn the order around and we should have them within a week. As we had not received them by 21st August we chased them up and were told the person dealing with it had been on holiday for 2 weeks so nothing had been done. We were told on the 21st August that they would be pulled out of the warehouse and that someone would call us back that day and discuss. As no one called by the 24th August we rang them again to be told they had not been pulled out of the warehouse and they would do it immediately. Then we were charged another charge for the embroidery although we had been told the embroidery charge was included in our original order. So another £80.00 was being added and to top it all a delivery charge. This is the last time we will use Workwear Express.

Initial order had logo in wrong place despite artwork being correct - I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why it had gone wrong. Subsequent order was late due to an internal misunderstanding within Workwear Express, I had to chase to establish what had gone wrong and why - I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why it had gone wrong. I returned the initial order and requested a refund. I was sent a partial refund and when I phoned to question why I hadn't received a full refund, again I was told Workwear Express couldn't understand why I hadn't either but it would be sorted. I'm still waiting for a full refund. The customer service I have received from Workwear Express has been abysmal. I would never recommend Workwear Express and I'm unlikely to reuse them myself.

Really poor customer service and liaison from start to cancelling out order. Took 3 days for a reply to find they didn't answer the question about the order and the slightly helpful but unenthusiastic staff at the end of the phone weren't much help. Then two days before the order was expected they told me one size was out of stock and according to the person on the end of the phone they don't have any stock at the factory.. this was hard to believe when they offer 24 hour service! Do not reccomend unless you want to wait a year to get what you ordered

Placed my order, only to be told 3 weeks later after the delivery date that it was out of stock. I've asked for a refund but am yet to receive it and no reply to my emails. Shocking service!!

Placed an order on 21st July with a dispatch date of 28th July, still waiting for the order. Spoke to Ashley on 11.08.2017 to find out here it as (she was going to ring me back, I'm still waiting for a call back ) had to call again on 14.08.2017 to now be told that half the order will be dispatched next week and the other half will now be dispatch beginning of September. Think they need to change there name to workwear eventually, if you are lucky. Its a shame as the quality of work is great but they take your money and forget about you.

Placed order 20th July still waiting, no reply to email, Two weeks after placing order finally told item is out of stock. Did no one think to check?. Now had my money for nearly 4 weeks I will not be using again or recommending to others.

Proof sent to a staff member who left the company 8 months ago and no-one took notice of the out of office. Then issues with the logos being wither badly printed or attached (6 out of 11 jackets) then I was told the replacements would be with me in time on three occasions but they weren't, even with a weeks notice. Then the additional jacket that was ordered had the wrong logo on it. So they were late for a crew team photo, I am yet to receive the replacements and just hope they make it to the finish of the Fastnet Race so they can have at least one team photos all with their crew kit on.

The order was placed and accepted. When the item had not been delivered we contacted yourselves several times and were told that it would be sent to us immediately and we should receive it on Wednesday July 12th. No delivery occured. Further contact made. The item was eventually received on 17th July. From the paperwork we believe that the original order was incorrectly processed and the item then re-ordered for eventual despatch. Too late for the purpose for which the jacket was ordered so I went to Go Outdoors and bought a jacket. Customer Services should not have lied to us by saying that the item would go in "that night's post" and be with us on the 12th. There is a big difference between saying that something will happen and it actually happening.

Everything, Appalling service from start to finish. Even the Complaints Manager admitted that the whole order had been a comedy of errors.

I used Workwear Express to have a small run of self designed t-shirts made for my band. It was an infuriating and exasperating experience. The girl I dealt with initially insisted she hadn't received my artwork although I could clearly see the email with the correct files attached, sitting in my outbox. I re-sent the files a further 2 times before receiving an email from the same girl saying that my artwork had been received and had been submitted to the artwork team for proofing, and I'd hear from them soon. I waited a week with no correspondence, so I called up - only to be told by a different girl that the first girl I spoke to claimed she hadn't yet received my artwork. I informed her that I'd already had my files confirmed as received and was met with a stale, 'not my problem' attitude. I ended up having to send my files a further 3 times (I was out of the country at this point, so didn't have my laptop to hand, and I was literally just forwarding the same email over and over again - so the very first email I had sent turned out to be absolutely fine after all...) to finally have my artwork confirmed as sent to the 'artwork team' - who immediately told me my files were of no use. I had sent screenshots of mockups as well as the photoshop file, and was worried they weren't looking at the right file, so I asked that it be re-checked. At that point, without sending anything additional, I received a proofing email from the artwork team with final proofs for me to sign off, which I did. They hadn't bothered to properly check what was sent to them and were going to reject the job as a result, if I hadn't insisted they take another look. In short, the files that I initially sent (successfully) were the files that were used 2 weeks and countless emails/phonecalls/bad attitudes later. The girl informed me that she had put me through fast-track service "at no extra cost" - as though that was some sort of compensation. It made no difference to me, as the goods arrived (3/25 shirts unusable because they were filthy) at the same time as they would have with standard delivery, had the people who dealt with my purchase done their jobs efficiently in the first place. An utterly incompetent, arduous company to deal with, compounded by astonishingly bad customer service. 0/10, will never use again and will definitely discourage anyone considering doing so.

I sent a e mail asking if you had a 36 inside leg as I'm 6'9 and I had a reply saying this is what your looking for which was the poor size guide not stating what the inside leg is apart from just saying L XL etc not very clear at all

Absolute diabolical after sales service. I ordered 3 XL hoodies, with Orange embroidered logos. 1st error the proof was emailed to me and it was white embroidery. That was rectified. Next my order arrived, Right colour, Right coloured logos..WRONG SIZE!!! XL YOUTH. I specifically stated XL. I mean come on, who do they think I have working for me 3 of the seven Dwarfs??? The hoodies, barely fit my 9yr old. Now the refuse to reimburse me or send the right order. I am totally disgust with them and, I would tell anyone, to think again before placing an order.

I Placed my order SO512419 three weeks ago, the confirmation came back wrong, so had to call and amend, it was also decided that my old logo would be used, from a previous order, not the updated one I sent with this order, apparently Katie in your office being over efficient!! Five days later I am told the stock I wanted was not available, so had to choose another, I have sent my logo several times now and not received a proof from the artwork department. I have made several calls and sent several emails, and no one is helping me, or contacting me to let me know what is happening,the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere and I will now be seeking legal advice, I paid for this and I have not received my goods.

Ordered and paid via PayPal on 31/07/2017 for three items, also to be embroidered. Received email confirming order with instructions, that, if you have not received your proof (re embroidery art work) within 2 - 3 days please contact us, I contacted this company by telephone and was told, "You only made this order on Tuesday 1/8/17" I explained that actually I made the order on Monday the 31/07/17, the girl then promised the artwork to approve would be sent to me that afternoon! This did not happen, So, the next day I contacted the company via their "Web Chat" again I was apologised to and was told she had spoken with a manager whom would contact me via email that day!, again, I am still waiting?, so, on Friday 4/8/17 I telephoned again, again I was apologised to and was told the art work for approval would be with me in the next two hours! Well to my surprise it did arrive, but, when I checked this artwork it had spelling errors in it? How can you miss spell words that are written for you correctly?, so, I replied to the email as requested (which by the way was marked as URGENT!) informing them of the mistakes, I received no reply? Today, again, I had to telephone this company to which I was told, "Well you only sent it back on Friday", I informed the lady that according to your email (which I might add is a written contract) you are supposed to ship these items to myself today 7/8/17?, again I was told well it takes 5 to 7 days to complete your order! I informed her, you have now had 6 days and you are nowhere near even starting this order! Hence to say I cancelled this order and ask for my money to be refunded, I was told she would do that and I would receive an email confirming this, this morning, well guess what? I am still waiting! It seems to me although this company boasts that the will deliver on service from 1 item to thousands, if your a customer just wanting 1 or like me 3 items, you don't come at the top of their priority list, also, I do not appreciate being lied to with respect of being told managers would contact me etc, this company need to up their game or like me people will go elsewhere!
