“Very happy with the service, the online chat facility is excellent. The order arrived promptly and is just as I hoped. I thought that the price was extremely good as it included the printing. I was out when the box was delivered and the courier had thrown it over my 9 foot gate onto my driveway. Fortunately I found it before it rained and you can not be responsible for a French courier. Thank you!”

“Overpriced. Cost me another £130 just to have a different colour logo on 12 tops. Delivered them to the wrong address. Shocking, found somewhere so much better for my clothing. Tshirts are poor quality, stitching is lose in majority of them. Logo was t the size I gave either, over terrible!!”

“We ordered a work blouse, with embroidered logo. Although we uploaded new artwork (and in fact had used the new artwork the day before on a much larger order), unfortunately, the new blouse arrived with an old logo. Customer Services were brilliant and sorted it out with a FOC replacement straight away. Unfortunately, the replacement came, again, with the old logo and again Customer Services were fabulous. 3rd time lucky, but they were great to deal with. Prices are quite expensive (especially when you add basic embroidery), but the general quality of products ordered was pretty good.”

“It saddens me to write this review as the service has always been great but my experience in December of last year was disappointing. I initially placed an order the end of November, as I have done in the past and paid for this order. They were Christmas presents and saw no reason not to receive them in time as the order was pretty much a repeat of previous orders. I then placed a second order and I admit there was a fair few emails regarding colours etc between us (for which I was grateful for the support and advice) which was made mid December. Again, I saw no reason for this to be delayed as the actual embroidery was a repeat, just the colour of the garment/embroidery was different. I waited and waited for the delivery to ring on the 23/12 to see where the delivery was and question whether DPD had it t9 discover you were closed for Christmas. All the website said was “contact us to discuss” which clearly I couldn’t. When I rung again on the 27th of December, I was told that even though full payment had been made, the second order stopped the first order being sent as the machines had been shut down and the second order could not be completed. The whole order then arrived on the 7th of January. I just felt that communication could have been better and had I have known that the 12th of December was too late to order. I wouldn’t have bothered and at least would have had the original order. You could argue that I should have chased sooner but you’ve not let me down in the past.”

“I ordered a size large t-shirt for a present, I was unable to find the sizing guide on their website prior to my order and I am a very busy person, as I am normally a large I ordered it. My size 6 niece struggles to fit into it. I am now told I should have looked at the sizing guide, which is impossible to find and should have ordered the t-shirt and sent it back for the logo, again this isn’t made very clear prior to order. I now have to find a child size dog groomer than would like to buy a ladies Large t-shirt called Sarah - any takers? Save your money and find a store you can go to, rather than online. I will purchase the £300 I was planning to spend on this elsewhere- never again”

“The service is good and the speed of delivery is ok. The only thing I have an issue with it the t shirts and jumpers I ordered are of good quality but after being washed a few times lose shape and shrink a little.”

“Took alittle longer to arrived than anticipated but I received before Christmas which I was happy about. The logo was amazing but I found the sizing to be on the small side. My partner always wears an XL and its quite a tight fit . The zip is on the fleece is also continuously getting stuck where the teeth on the zip line are not right. has only worn once so far so not off to a great start and for the price I paid I expected better”
