We ordered a work blouse, with embroidered logo. Although we uploaded new artwork (and in fact had used the new artwork the day before on a much larger order), unfortunately, the new blouse arrived with an old logo. Customer Services were brilliant and sorted it out with a FOC replacement straight away. Unfortunately, the replacement came, again, with the old logo and again Customer Services were fabulous. 3rd time lucky, but they were great to deal with. Prices are quite expensive (especially when you add basic embroidery), but the general quality of products ordered was pretty good.
