“I ordered two polo shirts that were very urgent. I mentioned on the phone multiple times that they needed to be with me by 10am two days later and was assured multiple times that they would be. I paid a premium for this - £70+ for two branded polo shirts is extortionate in reality, but I would have been happy if they'd been delivered on time. On the morning of delivery, I got a text saying they'd be delivered between 1pm - 2pm - too late for our event. I spoke to the sales rep I'd been dealing with originally and she said I never asked for this service. I asked her if calls were recorded and if she'd look through the calls. She said they were and she'd get back to me - I've never heard anything since. Totally wasted our money, awful customer service. Will never use again.”

“Items came pretty quickly. Tops were fine. Sleeves are quite closely fitting and I only have skinny arms. comfortable to wear at work but unable to pull up sleeves. Decent quality for the price. excellent service! Overall happy with shopping experience. Thank you”
