Website was easy to use, t-shirts were delivered fairly promptly but they only survived one wash at 40 degrees (as advised on the label) before they shrank. I suppose that's what happens when you buy t-shirts for a few pounds each!

I bought sweatshirts for my son. They arrived in good time and suit him well. They did need a good iron before they were ready to wear but were otherwise exactly as pictured on the workwear website. Great!

I still haven't received my order. I normally have great experiences with workwear express but I sent 2 emails enquiring about my order and I still haven't had a response.

They never respond to emails, they take ages to answer your phone calls, and worst of all they have a 4 month lead time. yes i am not joking - 4 months! Then, when i called to complain about the lead time i was dealt with by a very rude lady. customer service doesn't exist at Workwear Express. not even bad customer service - there isn't any!!

Order arrived over 1 month after placing order. Fobbed off with excuses and delay after delay. Bad customer service offered alternatives but no refund at any time. Would not use this company again under any circumstances.

Ordered plain garments for an urgent job we needed to print for a customers deadline. I was promised the order would be with me the following day, 24hrs later no delivery, after ringing to enquire I'm told that the supplier does not have some of the garments we ordered hence my order has not been despatched. Firstly don't take my order if you can't fulfil it, then if you have done phone me to tell me there is an issue the same day of order not on the day of delivery. Furthermore I'm told that the missing garments would be delivered again the following day, guess what? delivery arrives with 2 more garments missing! - again chased up to be told its not our fault but our supplier has keyed in the wrong colour and sizes. My customer has been let down and not impressed at all with my business getting a bad name for no reason. To top it off the sales woman that took the order had a bad attitude and said that it wasn't there faulty, not sympathetic at all to the issues and did nothing to rectify the situation. When asked for the complaints procedure and the details of the owner, lied by giving incorrect name for the owner and the response was the owner doesn't answer emails and I can deal with your complaint for you. This is the first time I have ordered with this company and I can honestly say never again, they clearly give the impression that they hold stock in house which clearly they don't. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as there are many genuine professional companies out there.

My issue was not with your staff (they were very helpful) it was around payment method. We do not have BACS and make payment by cheque, but in order to make a cheque payment we needed an invoice. I was informed that I could not have an invoice without a payment being received by yourselves first. I had to resolve the issue by personally making payment on my personal credit card in order for the order to progress.

If I could put zero rating then I would. Avoid this so called company. Absolute waste of my time. I have been trying to get my money back for over 2 weeks!!! No one returns your calls or emails. I'm starting small claims court proceedings tonight!!! Makes me sick how they get away with it. DO NOT USE !!!!

On both orders we was advised next day delivery and has not been the case, on placing our large order after sample the date displayed for delivery was next day so we had arranged with our embroidery company for drop off that day as a lot to be done for staff and was told the next day that they didn't even have them in! now caused problems for us

I ordered three pairs of overalls with instructions for a Logo with the new employees name above.I received the items with a logo with a different employees name on from an order I placed a year before. No apology-said it was my fault-The person I spoke too told me the relevant sales person was on holiday and so on. Still no reply or rectification offered. Not good to say the least

simple to order online, very clear and informative acknowledgement of order, good notification of despatch and delivery was very quick and to top this fantastic service the actual item was so good that I have already ordered another and intend to order more in the near future - highly recommend this company, their product (fruit of the loom sweatshirt)and their service.
