“Another mistake when reordering different colour tops sent! Last time it was black this time it was green...we have been ordering our uniform tops for sometime now. Prices seem to increase and customer service decreases”

“We made a large order and when it arrived the logo was incorrect. I tried calling however i was on hold then I was on the phone for 15 minutes and everything which i was told i found very inconsistent, the lady who i needed to speak to who took the order was on the phone. I asked several times to speak to a manager or supervisor but no one was available. The order got collected yesterday and we are waiting for the correct one to arrive so fingers crossed!”

“Tshirts not delivered on time. They were ordered for a specific event on a Friday Then told they would be with me by Saturday and given 10% of my order. This wasnt good enough but i apologised to people waiting on tshirts and promised i would get them to them on Saturday at the latest. The tshirts arrived MONDAY.”

“They have a wide range of products and are competitive enough on price but if you are in a rush or want an express service not so great. TOP TIP ALWAYS HAVE A PAPER?EMAIL TRAIL. I got fobbed off so many times on the phone saying that my order would be delivered tomorrow; Tomorrow comes, no your delivery is out for delivery today; Next day comes no your delivery is out for delivery today; Repeat. Thankfully I got the order through eventually but past the time I needed it by even with express delivery and quality was good, but some (not all) of the staff are really snotty on the phone, definitely puts a sour taste in my mouth.”
