“I like the fact that you have supplied us with shirts for a number of years now. Although mistakes are occasionally made, your team are usually quick to put this right. Quality is good (just had a little issue on the last order but this is the first time).”

“We were very happy with the service the first time we used Workwear Express but unfortunately this year for some reason communication problems ocurred from when we first placed the order mid-March in spite of emails and calls to confirm that the correct logo was being used. As a consequence we didn't receive the goods for nearly 7 weeks. This caused problems for us time-wise as we needed the clothing for an important event and for yourselves due to the cost involved in re-doing the logos and shipping. All is resolved now and again, no complaints about the actual product now we have it, but reservations about ordering online again as the system failed to work smoothly for us.”
