Shocking service, ordered online and selected option to ‘customise all’. Order confirmation was not clear so checked the details and was advised that only one garment was charged for embroidery. Additional cost for other garments would be £30 (to embroider 4 t-shirts). Order was quickly cancelled!!! Will order from somewhere else....

I was charged £160 pounds for the delivery of one parcel!!! a really good service but this has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Appalling Service, in fact no service what so ever, which I would rate at zero stars if I could. I have been trying to place an order through the website following several attempts of getting as far as the product and the system not letting me go any further I have given up trying. I went onto the live chat and explained the problems I was having and in return all I got was oh sorry, no attempt to resolve my problem and secure my order. Reading other reviews it looks as though I have had a lucky escape. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.

Delivered product medium turned out be an extra small even though it said medium on label When I called to mention above I was told to order a sample before they embroider. No where does it say that on the website. I also didn’t receive a proof print before they sent order even though they said they would email me a proof copy before embroidery. Not happy now I have to wait for their quality control to inspect in the meantime I have no workwear

In regards to the logo we only send proofs when a logo is placed as new once you have had it with ourselves before we do not proof again as this way we are able to speed up the process time on your order. Absolutely shocking service. Website allows you to order products for next day delivery that they do not have in stock. The customer service team to not contact you to inform you that you will not be getting your delivery!! Very Poor service

Had a very unsatisfactory service from workwear express so far. Order items on 24h dispatch, the items didn't arrive so called customer services 3 times. First caller told me some of the items where out of stock (although website had them in stock) told he would call back with a updated. I am still bemused to why if the items where out of stock did nobody call me to inform me of this. No call 30 mins later so I called back. Next call handler said they would check the warehouse and call me back as they items should be in stock. 1 hour later no call. Called back (17:00)and was then told the items have been dispatched at 16:15 and as they have left the warehouse with the courier they are now unable to upgrade to weekend delivery. The solution was if when they turn up Monday (the day the job is scheduled to start) then send them back for a refund. I specifically picked these items (more expensive) as they had the 24h dispatch option.

Both items were supposed to be medium they were like more extra large no good for me and cant send back as they have been printed

over 2 weeks to get a few t-shirts printed with 3 words on the breast pocket - come on! to add insult to injury I had to contact them 3 times to chase the order and to top it all off they charged me on the day of the order so out of pocket and no t-shirts for 18 days. Contact centre staff are just apathetic, why to they care where your order is they have already taken you money.

No way are these heavy weight t shirts, even the label seems fake. Do not buy these t shirts, they are very poor.

You tried to defraud me by charging £18.99 for delivery. Fortunately i was watching and demanded immediate cancellation and refund.. i was told this had been done but almost a Week later, found out nothing had been done. I asked for your CEO - was told that she did not earn enough to know. I eventually found out it it was Steve Curran. He promised to send me a discount voucher so that i could buy the trousers at a reduced price. Did not happen. Will never buy from your fraudulent outfit again and will recommend that others avoid dealing with you.

Was promised by 2 members of staff things had changed since 2 years ago so was assured by them in January 2019 so came back but no help. The quality of the garment is fine-however the sizing has changed dramatically. Have got photos of the Large from 2 years ago to the Large now and that is 2 inches difference all over! The embroidery IS TINY compared to how it was done before. Requested that the 2 members of staff over saw the new order I even put it in SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS-got nothing from anyone.

put order in for shorts for male and female operatives. No female sizes but then not much help given as to what the equivalent in a male size would be. A phone call would have been preferable to communicating by email. A 7 day lead time puts me off using this service again for generic items like this.
