“Always lightning deliveries (last one was 2 days early) and reasonable costs. I always find the products in excellent condition and of top quality. Wonderland has become my go to place for any paints, glues, and other modelling supplies. I intend to make a personal visit next time we're in Edinburgh to see what I can pick up as a holiday treat 😁”

“I have bought from you a few times now and it has always been a perfectly satisfactory process. However, on my latest order you appear to have changed couriers and as a result it has been problematic to get my delivery. In the past my goods have been left safely at my front door (inside the main block of flats) but on this occasion they would not leave it there. I've had to resort to having it dropped at a neighbour which is not ideal as I see no need to inconvenience them. Have you changed couriers?”

Hello. We have used DPD for some time now, there's been no recent change. When you receive your tracking details you can specify if you would like your parcel left in a safe place, but it's now DPD's policy that you can't select a communal area as a safe place in case the parcel goes missing.

“Excellent model, but, it didn’t come painted as shown on box. The one I got was plain white, the add showed blue, the box showed Red. I have resorted to Air brush (1st time) , I’m 76 time to learn😝”
