“Difficult to find materials, dispatched the same day and arrived in good time. Will use again Possibly a trifle over-wrapped. It could have gone in a stiff envelope in standard mail, rather than wrapped in cardboard and delivered by courier.”

“Good service but not enough communication to the buyer. I had only received one email to confirm my order. Then a follow up text to say my model was being delivered. In between the email and text over 7 days I was not notified in anyway to say that the model was out of stock. After 2 phone calls I was then told it was out of stock and would be delivered to me once it was back in stock. Also on my order it did say that you was awaiting payment and I would be notified when the payment had gone through only I never received confirmation of payment going through either. Every time I checked on the website it still showed awaiting payment. I paid the same day as I ordered from your website but no emails to confirm this. I also tried live chat but it took ages for someone to get back me but still never told me if payment had gone through or that model was not in stock. Tried all 3 methods of .live chat. Email.and telephone.”

“Ordered two lots of multiple different Tamiya paints from these guys and I have to say their service is second to none. I ordered online on a Sunday then spoke on the phone to confirm my order, great customer service. Super fast dispatch and delivery of everything I ordered. They even bundled my two orders into one and refunded my second postage costs. I would certainly recommend 10/10”
