“While the company did fulfil the order and communicate well with me, there communication was both Curt and Brusk, hardly conducive to dealing with them again. However the major problem is their chosen delivery service, despite being asked to drop the parcel off with my neighbour, and DPD's local delivery centre being 600metres from my home, they have dropped my delivery at their ' local ' delivery collection point, 6.3 MILES away, incurring a 12.6mile trio to collect my goods!!!”

We can see that DPD twice tried to deliver your parcel but there was no one at home. When this happens they then take the parcel to the local collection point. Thanks for your understanding.

“The Tamiya Mercedes truck I ordered was dispatched same day and arrived next day very well packaged. The whole experience from looking on their website to ordering was very easy. Overall I was very impressed with Wonderland Models service and I will be using them again for sure.”

“I think wonderland may have one of the biggest selection of models on - line. A large amount of manufactures of military vehicles in various scales. Just bought a couple of kits, and they arrived very prompt and very well packaged. Infact, I think their packing department could show a few companies how to package items. I had an e-mail from Wonderland saying that one of the kits had a tear in the box top, but when it arrived i could not see it at first. Sellotaped from the inside, the small tear was almost invisible. Attention to detail is what makes a company great, and Wonderland certainly are that.”

“Wanted to do an online order using my gift vouchers, never done it online before, emailed Wonderland Models and they got back to me with good instructions on how to do it. This was followed by a telephone call letting me know everything had gone through fine. Received my order within a couple of days, very well packed and everything was there. Excellent service!”
