“I only needed a couple of model paints, but these days they aren't that easy to go and buy, especially if you need slightly unusual ones. They were delivered within a few days, so very convenient.”

“Just a little disappointed that my order was taken despite the kit not being in stock. They however did all they could to express deliver my kit when it returned to stock. All in all it only took one week from order to delivery.”

“First time I have used WM, and found them really good. They have a substantial stock of models and ordering online was straight forward. I order two WW1 aircraft from eduard through them and I am not disappointed. They arrived in good time, well packaged and the price was way better than for an airfix equivalent.”

“Amazing service and advice on the products. Owner called me after I placed an order online to let me know the the sizes of the two types of toy I'd ordered may not be compatible (one was a mini version). This was so helpful as I hadn't realised and would have been disappointed if it had arrived so close to Christmas without the chance to change it. Managed to change the order and products were received well wrapped and on time. Really fantastic 'above and beyond' customer service. Recommend every time.”

“Surprised that it was not a wooden model as advertised. I think you need to be more honest with the description, yes there are some wooden parts but the majority of the model was plastic. Model trawler "Progress 240"”
